Third-party pickup points (such as OK Convenience Stores, SF Express Stores, post offices, Cainiao, etc.) and door-to-door delivery services are currently only available when you choose the Flexible shipping option at declaration.
If you select Direct, only Buy&Ship Redemption Centres will be available as pickup locations.
If you wish to use third-party pickup points or door-to-door delivery, please select Flexible when declaring your shipment. After the shipment arrives at the Hong Kong warehouse, you can then create an order, consolidate your shipments if needed, and choose your preferred pickup point or delivery method.
