The Direct option only supports pickup at Buy&Ship Redemption Centres.
Even if you only have one parcel, you still need to choose the Flexible option during declaration if you require door‑to‑door delivery or pickup at third‑party self‑pickup points (such as OK Convenience Stores, SF Express stores/lockers, etc.).
When the parcel arrives at the Hong Kong warehouse, you can then select your preferred delivery / pickup method and pay the shipping fee online.
