"single shipment" is currently only available for Buy&Ship Redemption Centre and does not support door-to-door delivery or third-party self-pickup points (such as OK Convenience Stores, SF Express station/self-service locker etc.). If you need to use other delivery methods or other third-party self-pickup points, please select the "Bulk Shipment" during declaration. After the shipment arrives at other Hong Kong warehouses, you can select the pickup location and pay the shipping fee online. This service can be used even if you only have one parcel.
