The Direct option is currently limited to Buy&Ship Redemption Centres only and does not support door-to-door delivery or third-party self-pickup points (such as OK Convenience Stores, SF Express stores/lockers, etc.).
If you wish to use other delivery methods or third-party self-pickup points, please select the Flexible option during declaration. After the shipment arrives at the Hong Kong warehouse, you can then choose your preferred pickup location and pay the shipping fee online. This option can be used even if you only have one parcel in the shipment.
Why is only the BUY&SHIP Redemption Centre available under “Direct” during declaration?
