If you declared your shipment using the Direct option, you may change the shipping method to Flexible yourself, as long as the shipment has not yet been scheduled for dispatch from the overseas warehouse.
Once the shipment has been scheduled for dispatch, you will no longer be able to change the shipping method or pickup location.
Therefore, please double‑check and confirm your preferred shipping method and pickup location at the time of declaration to avoid any inconvenience.
