Members can decide whether to use Direct or Flexible based on the following criteria.
Direct
You only have one parcel to be forwarded at the moment.
You do not have any specific request for consolidation, and are happy for the warehouse to follow the standard procedure to decide whether parcels in the same batch will be combined into one shipment order or charged separately according to the shipping rules.
You plan to pick up the shipment at a Buy&Ship Redemption Centre.
Flexible
You may have one or more parcels and would like to arrange the forwarding (including consolidation) by yourself when creating the shipment order.
You wish to use pickup methods other than Buy&Ship Redemption Centres (such as third‑party pickup points or home / office delivery).
You prefer to pay the shipping fee online in advance by credit card or credits.
