When your parcel is ready for pickup, BUY&SHIP will notify you according to your selected pickup method:
1. BUY&SHIP Redemption Centre
You will receive an email notification once your parcel arrives.
The BUY&SHIP App will also send you a push notification.
2. Third-Party Pickup Locations (Post Office)
You will receive an SMS notification with your pickup code or instructions once your parcel arrives.
The BUY&SHIP App will also send you a push notification.
3. Third-Party Pickup Location (SF Stores, S.F Lockers, Circle K)
You will receive your pickup code and instructions in the SF Express app once your parcel arrives.
4. Delivery Service (Home Delivery)
The courier will contact you via WhatsApp or SMS to arrange the delivery date and time.
