Once your shipment arrives at the overseas warehouse, it will be automatically dispatched on the next check‑out day and shipped to Hong Kong, regardless of whether you chose the Direct or Flexible option at declaration.
Direct
After your shipment arrives at the Hong Kong warehouse, the system will automatically create the shipment order and ship to your selected Buy&Ship Redemption Centre, so no consolidation action is required or available.
Flexible
Once your selected shipments have arrived at the Hong Kong warehouse, you can log in to your member account, choose which shipments you wish to consolidate, and submit a consolidation request. The system will then arrange delivery or shipping according to your selection.
Please note: Shipments can only be consolidated after they have arrived at the Hong Kong warehouse, and shipments from China cannot be consolidated together with shipments from other countries/regions in the same shipment order.
