If you require pickup at a location other than a Buy&Ship Redemption Center (such as a post office, OK convenience store, SF Express station/self-service locker) or door-to-door delivery, please select "bulk shipment" during declaration. You will receive a notification once your shipment arrives at the Hong Kong warehouse. Log in to your member account to select your desired pickup location and complete online payment.
