If you need to pick up your items at a location other than the BUY&SHIP Redemption Centre, please select the "Bulk Shipment" option during declaration. Once your shipments arrive at the Hong Kong warehouse, you can choose a third-party pickup location or delivery service while merging your shipments. This option is available even if you only have one shipment to send.
