For Direct shipments, credits will be automatically used to deduct the shipping fee when the shipment arrives at the Hong Kong warehouse. The shipping fee shown in the order details is the amount after deducting the available credits*.
For Flexible shipments, you can choose to use your credits to deduct the shipping fee when you create a shipment order.
*For Direct shipments, members cannot choose not to use the available credits.
