During the parcel declaration, you can choose the collection method. If you choose single shipment and decide to pick up your parcels at our redemption centre, the delivery fee will be automatically waived by using Buy&Ship credits. In case of insufficient credits, you need to pay the rest of the fee by cash when you collect the parcel. If you choose bulk shipment, during consolidation, if you decide to pick up your parcels at our redemption centre, you can pay the delivery fee by cash when you collect the parcel, pay online or using credit. For any 3rd Party Pickup Point or delivery service, you need to settle the shipping fee by credit cards* when you create a shipment order. For more details, please check "Pricing".
