When will my parcel be sent out from the overseas warehouse?

Once your shipment arrives at the overseas warehouse, the system will automatically schedule it to be forwarded to Hong Kong on the next outbound day. The fixed outbound days for each warehouse are as follows:

Please note that if an outbound day falls on a local public holiday, dispatch will be postponed. An estimated arrival date will be provided after your shipment is dispatched, and you will receive an email notification when your shipment arrives at the Hong Kong warehouse.
