If the retailer does not provide you with a tracking number or the parcel is sent out without a tracking number, you are not able to declare at that moment.
If the information of shipping address and receiver (with your Member ID) are correct during your online shopping, Buyandship will send you an email notification regarding the parcel declaration when your parcel arrived at our overseas warehouse. In that email, there will be a tracking number of your parcel. Please go to the "Member Center > Parcel Management" to declare your parcel immediately.
Any parcel without a proper declaration can be stored at our warehouse for 30 days and afterward it will be discarded without further notice.
