If you receive an email regarding declaration, it means that your parcel arrived at our warehouse. In order to proceed your shipment, you need to provide more details of your parcels to us. Normally, the email notification will be sent after your parcels arrived at our overseas warehouse or Hong Kong warehouse. You can find the tracking number(s) of your parcels in the email. Please go to the "Member Center > Parcel Management" to declare your parcels immediately once you have received the email.
Any parcel without a proper declaration can be stored at our warehouse for 30 days and afterward it will be discarded without further notice.
