When a shipment arrives at our overseas warehouse, the shipment will be automatically shipped to our Hong Kong warehouse according to the shipping schedule. When the status of a shipment changes to “En route to HK”, it means the shipment has been arranged to be shipped to Hong Kong.
There is a section of "Cut Off / Shipping Time" in the bottom of the page, "Tutorial", The shipment schedule of each overseas warehouse is shown in this section. Our USA, Japan, Korea and China warehouses send out parcels 5 times per week while the others are 1 time to 3 times per week.
Generally speaking, a shipment will arrive at the Hong Kong warehouse within the estimated time of arrival. Upon the arrival of shipment at the Hong Kong warehouse, you will receive an email*, reminding you to consolidate the shipment.
Estimated Time of Arrival at Hong Kong warehouse are as follows:
- Korea, China and Taiwan: 2-4 days
- Japan: 4-6 days
- the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Italy, Thailand, Indonesia and Australia: 5-8 days
＊If you choose the single shipment option during shipment declaration, you will only receive email when your parcel is ready to be picked up.
