When your parcel is sent out from the overseas warehouse, we will estimate the arrival time at Hong Kong warehouse, which will be shown at "My Shipment > En route to HK" in the Member Centre. The arrival time is just for your reference as parcels may arrive at Hong Kong warehouse earlier or later than the estimated time. If you choose Single shipment, you will receive an email notification only when your parcel is ready for pickup.
