During parcel declaration, you can choose your collection method.
If you select the [Direct] option and pick up your parcels at a Buy&Ship redemption centre, the system will automatically deduct the delivery fee from your credits. If your credits are insufficient, the remaining amount must be paid by electronic payment when you collect the parcel. As different redemption centres support different electronic payment methods, please refer to the information on the “Pickup Centres” page before use.
If you select the [Flexible] option, when you create a shipment order and choose to pick up your parcels at a Buy&Ship redemption centre, you may choose to pay the delivery fee by pay-on-pickup (electronic payment only) or to pay in advance online by credit card or credits. For any 3rd party pickup point or delivery service, you must settle the shipping fee online in advance by credit card or credits when creating the shipment order.
