You can use Buy&Ship credits to offset your delivery fee (1 Buy&Ship credit equals 1 HK dollar). If the credits are not enough to cover the full fee, you will need to pay the remaining balance.
For Flexible (bulk) shipments, only credits that are already in your account before you create the shipment order for consolidation can be used to offset the delivery fee of that shipment.
For Direct (single) shipments, it is recommended to purchase credits before your parcel is dispatched from the overseas warehouse. When the shipment arrives at the Hong Kong warehouse, an order will be created automatically and the available credits in your account will be deducted at the same time to offset the delivery fee.
